We meet the fishing boats out on the water. They raft up to us and we tie their boat to ours. Picking booms with hydraulic winches lift about 200 fish at a time from their boat onto our boat.
Back at the fish cannery super vacuum pumps suck the fish up and out of our freezer and onto the conveyer belts. From here the fish get cleaned, chopped up, packaged and shipped out.
