He gave me some tips on how to ride the bike long distance and it really has paid off. Both days that I rode with him we did 115 miles and 110 miles. I couldn't keep up with him after that though. He started in NY is riding to the top of the Rockies on the West Coast then is going down through Idaho, the shores of Oregon then finally California.
